Anchorage Beach Villas

The Anchorage Beach Villas are located on the east end of St. Thomas on Cowpet Bay adjacent to the St. Thomas Yacht Club. This small gated condominium complex has meticulously manicured grounds with Royal Palm tree lined sidewalks. There is a large swimming pool, two tennis courts and white sandy beach on site. There are 25 three bedroom loft units and 50 two bedroom units at this seaside condominium complex located on Deck Point. The town of Red Hook is just a few minutes away by car and offers many dining options, shopping, boating, sport fishing and ferry service to St. John.

Caret Bay Villas

Caret Bay Villas are located on a bluff on the northwestern side of the island on St. Thomas’ unspoiled north shore. The secluded and dramatic setting for these cliffside townhomes is just 70 feet above Caret Bay on the Atlantic Ocean. The 14 unit complex consists of two tiers of 2 and 4 bedroom villas each with its own private plunge pool. Cowpet Bay East

Cowpet Bay East condominiums are located on the east end of the island near the St. Thomas Yacht Club, the Ritz Carlton and the town of Red Hook. Amenities include a white sandy beach with chairs, water sports, and two restaurants, Beachside Bistro and Caribbean Fish Market. These beachfront condominium complexes have 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. Cowpet Bay East is a 60 unit complex with hillside units on Tara Way and waterfront units on Tracy Way.

Cowpet Bay West

Cowpet Bay West condominiums are located on the east end of the island near the St. Thomas Yacht Club, the Ritz Carlton and the town of Red Hook. Amenities include a white sandy beach with chairs, water sports, and two restaurants, Beachside Bistro and Caribbean Fish Market. These beachfront condominium complexes have 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. Cowpet Bay West is a 102 unit complex. Leeward Way is located on the hillside and Windward Way is located on the water and beach at Cowpet Bay.

Elysian Beach Resort

The Elysian Beach Resort, also known as Cowpet Beach Resort, is the newest of the 4 condominium complexes located on Cowpet Bay. It is both a condo and a hotel and as such there are the customary resort amenities – spa, gym, hair salon, tennis courts and a large swimming pool and pool bar on site. Two beachside restaurants, the Beachside Bistro and Caribbean Fish Market serve meals all day. The condos at the Elysian consist of 1 and 2 bedroom units located on the first, second and third floors with a few Penthouse 3 bedroom, 4 bath residences located on the third and fourth floors. The Ritz Carlton Hotel is located next door for more dining options as is the town of Red Hook just a few minutes away by car or taxi.

Fairway Village

Fairway Village is a separate four story condominium complex located within the gates of Mahogany Run Golf Resort. The complex consist of 31 units mostly studios with a few one bedroom, 2 bath loft units located on the top 2 floors. Fairway Village overlooks the fairways and practice greens at Mahogany Run and has a lovely newly refinished swimming pool and large deck which all residents can enjoy.

Mahogany Run Golf Resort

Mahogany Run Golf Resort is a 24 hour guard gated golf community located on the north shore of St. Thomas just a few minutes’ drive from world famous Magens Bay beach. In addition to the golf course, the property consists of 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums, many ocean view and oceanfront private homes and two swimming pools. There are two award winning restaurants, the Grille Room, located at the clubhouse and the Old Stone Farmhouse, located in Tennis Village. Point Pleasant Resort

Point Pleasant Resort is located on a hillside with dramatic ocean views northeast to the British Virgin Islands and St. John that will take your breath away. 124 units include studios and one and two bedroom condos. The onsite hotel management will rent these condos for you short term when you are not in residence. Pineapple Beach on Water Bay is the closest beach just down the hill from the condos. The elegant Agave Terrace, seaside dining at the casual Fungi’s Restaurant, three swimming pools, tennis courts and a gift shop are located on site.

Regatta Point

Regatta Point is a gated community located on the south shore of St. Thomas just ten minutes east of downtown Charlotte Amalie. The property is located on a knoll overlooking Bolongo Bay to the west and the Caribbean Sea to the east. There are 75 units at Regatta Point consisting of one and two bedroom units and a few rare but very popular loft units. Amenities include a swimming pool and tennis courts and use of the beach at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort just down the hill from these condominiums.

Sapphire Beach Resort

Sapphire Beach is one of the prettiest beaches on St. Thomas. Blessed with turquoise waters to swim and snorkel in with gorgeous views of St. John, Pillsbury Sound and the British Virgin Islands as your backdrop. The cooling breezes from the trade winds keep this area comfortable year round. Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina offers water sports and parasailing at the beach and sport fishing and sailing trips at the marina. Marina slips are available for sale if you’d like to keep your boat here. The slips can dock up to a 65’ vessel. Sapphire Hill Village

Sapphire Hill Village is located on the hill above Sapphire Beach and offers spectacular views of the marina as well as St. John, Tortola and Pillsbury Sound. Amenities include 2 swimming pools and a poolside restaurant. Studios and one bedroom condos are available for sale at this newly renovated complex.

Secret Harbour Beach Resort

Secret Harbour Beach Resort is located on the southeastern shore of St. Thomas overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The protected bay provides some of the best snorkeling and swimming on St. Thomas. There are two condominium complexes. Secret Harbour Beach Resort and Secret Harbour View Villas. Studios, one and two bedroom condos are for sale here. Secret Harbour Beach Resort is a beachfront complex. Secret Harbour View Villas sit on the hillside with gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea and French Cap. Water sports, a dive shop, tennis courts, swimming pool, beach bar and the award winning Sunset Grille and the Cruzan Beach Club are onsite.

Sea Cliff Villas

Sea Cliff Villas is a gated community located on the south shore of St. Thomas adjacent to Regatta Point.

This waterfront complex consists of 68 one and two bedroom units and 7 three bedroom unit. Sea Cliff Villas has a dramatic oceanfront swimming pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea and/or Bolongo Bay and shares a security gate with Regatta Point. This community also has access to the beach and restaurants at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort.

Watergate Villas East

Watergate Villas East is located on the southside of St. Thomas overlooking Bolongo Bay and the Caribbean Sea. There are four buildings at this popular beachside complex consisting of 54 studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condominiums. There is a swimming pool, beach and Mim’s Restaurant (Thursday is all you can eat shrimp night) on the property. Two other excellent restaurants, Iggies Beach Bar and Grille for casual dining and the Lobster Grill offering fine dining on the beach are right there at neighboring Bolongo Beach Resort. Watergate Villas East, Regatta Point and Sea Cliff Villas have a reciprocal relationship whereby all 3 complexes can use any of the 3 swimming pools and the tennis courts at Regatta Point.
